WORKSHOP TESTIMONIALS

What a lovely morning. The space was relaxing and the people were friendly. Amanda shared lots of wisdom on her experiences of cacao and helped us to understand what our journeys could look like. Receiving the gift at the end to help us to continue our journeys made it feel less like a one off experience and more like a beginning. Thanks, Amanda!

This was a fascinating introduction to the benefits of cacao, and how to use it to support wellbeing. Amanda is a calm and inspirational guide and I left feeling supported and eager to continue my cacao journey.

Thank you Amanda for guiding us through the cacao experience in a safe space.

About cacao

Cacao is chocolate in its natural form. A plant medicine from the Amazon that dates back to the first civilisation of the rainforest, the Olmecs. Since then it’s become know as the ‘food of the Gods’ for its powerful spiritual effects and numerous health benefits as well as being delicious to drink.

Drinking cacao in a way that honours the ancient medicine is a nourishing and soothing experience. Cacao contains neurotransmitters and neuro-modulators chemicals that create the benefits experienced from drinking cacao. Cacao is wonderful support for the mental health, stabilising the mood and supporting the nervous system. It has the most beautiful ability to open your connection to heart, gently encouraging you to receive guidance that you are ready for, and helping you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself

Amanda’s journey with Cacao

An unexpected visit from the Spirit of Cacao in 2019 saw a beautiful journey of personal exploration begin. An adventure that has led me to learn from others across the globe. Most recently training with Mayan Spiritual leaders in Guatamala who have granted me permission to hold rituals with the elements of the Mayan tradition.
